Fairwoods is a renovation project focused on transforming a house located on Bald Head Island, NC. The project showcases design concept sketches for each room, updates during the renovation process, and post-renovation photos highlighting the transformation. The house, nestled in the Maritime Forest and backing up to the 5th fairway of the golf course, will eventually serve as a short-term rental vacation property. The owner’s wife, an interior decorator with over 25 years of experience, will apply her expertise to create an inviting space for guests to enjoy.
